Most residential concrete leveling projects are single-visit. Here's what a realistic timeline looks like for driveways, sidewalks, patios, and garage floors on Spokane properties.

For most Spokane residential projects, concrete leveling is a same-day job. Here's what a realistic timeline usually looks like.

Typical Residential Projects

Sidewalk trip hazard (one to three panels)

Often 1–2 hours on site.

Driveway apron or single settled panel

Usually 2–4 hours on site.

Full two-car driveway

Typically half a day — 3 to 5 hours on site — see driveway leveling.

Patio or pool deck

Often half a day, depending on how many panels have settled — patio leveling and pool deck leveling.

Garage floor

Often 3–5 hours after clearing the space — see garage floor leveling.

What Determines the Timeline

  • Square footage of slab being lifted
  • Depth of settlement and volume of void to fill
  • Number of injection ports required
  • Access to the work area
  • Whether joint sealing is included

Return to Service

With polyurethane foam, driveways and walkways are typically drive-on and walk-on the same day. Full weight-bearing (e.g., forklifts on commercial slabs) may require additional cure time confirmed by the contractor.
