Common questions

Quick answers to what homeowners ask first.

How do I know if my concrete can be lifted?
If the slab is still structurally sound — hairline cracking along joints is normal — and has settled evenly or tilted, it's almost always a candidate for lifting. Deeply cracked, spalled or crumbling concrete usually needs replacement.
How long does concrete leveling take?
Many surfaces can be returned to service shortly after lifting. Project-specific timing will be explained during the estimate.
Is lifting really cheaper than replacement?
Concrete leveling is often less costly and less disruptive than tear-out and replacement. Final pricing depends on the size and condition of your slab — we provide a fixed written quote after a free inspection.
Will the lift last?
Polyurethane foam is durable and moisture-resistant. Repair longevity also depends on soil conditions, drainage, slab condition, and proper installation.
